Mr.
Cox is a veteran professional and brings over 30 years of training,

is one of only 75 Certified Legal Investigators in the United States.
The
National Association of Legal Investigators (NALI) confers the designation
only upon those who meet professional requirements and who successfully
pass stringent written and oral examinations. The designation, Certified Legal
Investigator (CLI) is a most honored and sought-after credential. Once conferred, CLI’s must advance their
professional careers by earning continuing educational credits and by
maintaining the high standards of the CLI program.
Mr.
Cox has served as the lead investigator for many high profile criminal
& civil cases including the defense of former WorldCom Chief Financial
Officer Scott D. Sullivan with nationally renowned criminal defense
attorney, Roy Black and his defense team.
In
2006 - 2007, as the defense team investigator in the nationally publicized
case, State of Tennessee vs. Mary
Carol Winkler in Selmer,
Tennessee, Mr. Cox helped achieve a verdict of voluntary manslaughter from
the original charge of first degree capital murder. Mrs. Winkler was sentenced to the minimum
three years and to serve a total of 210 days of that sentence and the
balance on probation.
